Service conditions
Agree the goods, scope, costs and responsibilities before purchasing or dispatch.

Written confirmation comes first
Services are offered under the Jeton Express brand by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED. Before work begins, confirm the contracting party, authorised instructions, accepted goods, service scope and commercial terms in writing. A website enquiry or reference does not reserve capacity, authorise spending or book transport.
Confirm the receiving address and warehouse instructions directly with the team before sending goods. Our Hong Kong business contact address is not an instruction to deliver cargo there.
Purchasing and checks
Identify the chosen supplier or the research you want us to carry out. Agree the product specification, variants, quantities, sample status and person who may approve substitutions, purchasing or payment. A product link alone does not authorise an order.
For checks and consolidation, agree what is to be counted, photographed, opened, tested or repacked and what evidence you need. A visual check does not by itself certify compliance, uncover every hidden defect or replace testing required for the product. Supplier returns depend on the agreed work, the supplier’s terms and the stage reached before dispatch.
Cargo and import responsibilities
Provide correct goods descriptions, packed dimensions, weights, quantities, values and destination details. Tell us about batteries, liquids, restricted items and special handling before cargo is sent. Acceptance depends on the goods and the route selected.
Agree who provides invoices, packing lists and customs documents, who acts as importer and who handles applicable taxes, clearance and product requirements. Do not assume these responsibilities are included because a page describes delivery to the UK.
Quotations, charges and timing
Check the quotation’s currency, validity, charging basis, payment terms and included stages. Confirm collection, checking, packing, freight, clearance, duty, VAT, storage and final delivery separately where relevant. Packing changes, actual measurements or changes to instructions can affect the total.
Arrival and transit estimates depend on cargo readiness, route acceptance, carrier operations, customs and receiving arrangements. A required date needs explicit review; a general estimate is not a guaranteed deadline. Agree the endpoint, unloading arrangements and any delivery appointment before approval.
Changes, claims and insurance
Ask the team to confirm the consequences of an amendment or cancellation before giving revised instructions. Charges depend on the agreement and work already undertaken. Keep order, handover and receipt records, and report any loss, shortage, damage or delay promptly with the relevant reference and evidence.
Confirm claim procedures, time limits, liability, refunds, dispute arrangements and any insurance before booking. These depend on the service agreement, relevant transport documents and applicable law. Insurance must be expressly agreed; it is not automatically part of every service.

These conditions outline the matters to agree and do not replace a shipment contract or mandatory law. They draw on the Jeton Express terms and conditions. Website use is covered by our website terms.
