What the guides cover
We cover supplier questions, purchasing and payment arrangements, checks in China, consolidation, freight costs and warehouse receipt. Our role is to explain what needs deciding, what evidence helps and which work should be agreed.
The guides are commercial content from a service provider. Reading an article or checklist does not require an enquiry, account or download.
How we use sources
Official government guidance provides the background for import and product requirements. A platform or payment provider’s own pages explain its products and current conditions. Provider blogs give context, with the provider’s commercial perspective kept in mind.
Where a source supports a specific statement, we link it beside the relevant section. Further references appear at the end of the guide. A regional workflow example does not establish payment eligibility, fees or import rules for a UK business.
Links to other organisations provide context. They do not imply that those organisations endorse this website or provide our services.
What is an example, and what is a service fact?
Our order checklists and decision steps are practical suggestions. Worked amounts and invented order scenarios are labelled as illustrations. They are not quotations, customer cases or published operating results.
Service descriptions follow the work we can discuss with a buyer. Charges, acceptance, checks, return arrangements and delivery conditions still need agreement for the actual order. We do not turn a community post or another provider’s results into our own customer evidence.
Review dates and changes
“Content reviewed” records an editorial check of a guide. It is separate from the date an external source was updated and from a public publication date. A review date does not promise that an external provider’s terms will stay the same.
We review content when a service fact changes, a source changes or a reader identifies a problem. Corrections should identify the affected statement and its evidence. Dates should change with an actual review or revision.
